Video 016 Label Aire 6000 Handling System

This pistol grip bottle is getting both the front and back label applied using a Label-Aire model 6000 handling system in conjunction with two model 3115 merge style applicators. Configured with clear label sensors (Lions 6110) the merge applicators can apply a clear label on a clear liner without any difficulty. The dual screw assembly help keep the bottles square as they enter the labeling area. Chain alignment is an option.
