Video 024 Small Carton Labeling System

This system eliminated hand labeling. A Label-Aire model 3115 wipe-on (merge) labeler was integrated into a QLC custom handling system. Stainless steel frame and a Dorner 2200 series conveyor allowed accurate labeling of the small lighter weight cartons. This particular system was designed around the customer's need to label at up to 120 ppm. 10 in wide x 6 ft system fit right into the customer's existing production line.
